What is included in a car park package?
Sub-base, surface water drainage, channel drains, ducting, kerbs, tactile paving, bollard bases and surfacing, priced from the external works drawings in your tender pack.
Do you work on store extensions as well as new builds?
Yes. Llantrisant and Liskeard are both extensions to existing ALDI stores, and Brackla, Bridgend is a brand new food store with a full customer car park.
Can you include EV charging bays?
Yes. We install the ducting and bases for EV charging with the car park. The car park at the new ALDI food store at Brackla, Bridgend has more than 100 spaces with EV charging points.
Do you build service yards?
Yes. The package at Brackla, Bridgend includes the service yard with a single dock leveller.
What is your record at handover?
At ALDI Llantrisant we demobilised 9 days before handover, with no snags at either inspection.
